It’s no secret that people are frustrated with their wireless experience, but people tolerate less because they don’t believe there is a better option. You deserve better! Welcome to the Us cellular Hello Better Campaign.

We live in an area that is hard to reach when it comes to area’s that get service, we have tried nearly every service there is and can’t seem to get one that can reach our home town properly. Our last service drove us nuts. We had to drive 20 minutes in town just to use our cell phone because it wouldn’t get out at our home.. Well, most of the time at least.. We could, on occasion, step out on the porch, holding our arm up toward the sky, walk around in circles prancing around in the yard sometimes searching just to get one bar or two on a good day. We had to wait until our contract was up and then we drop the service… It just wasn’t worth it.. I know how you feel, there is better out there and U.S. Cellular has you covered.

U.S. Cellular believes that people deserve better. A mobile phone is supposed to make life simpler and easier to get things done. Your relationship with your wireless carrier should be the same. US Cellular treats their customers like neighbors, not numbers
