"Spring in Your Step" by Children’s Claritin

You know what happens when you get a bunch of women together? You have a lot of noise, a lot of gossip and a whole lot of laughter…  But more importantly, we get a LOT done..  We discuss what’s important to us in our lives.

MomCrewMemberButton-finalBesides the fact that we love to sip our favorite drinks (alcoholic and non) we love to nibble on our favorite treats Chocolate and non..  We love our children’s and our hubbies, so we discuss everything under the son on how to improve our living and lifestyles.. We each share what we do and what the other does so that maybe we can fix what we are doing wrong or help someone else.. Sharing our idea’s, helpful hints tips and fixes, or the latest news on what’s hot and what’s not..

We also discussed proper diets and exercises we could get our families involved in that would be not only a healthier option for them, but might also help improve allergies as well.    Exercise is a great way to Control your weight, Boost your energy levels and boost your immune system (to help stave off those allergies) to combat health issues and conditions like heart disease, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.

My family came up with a healthy exercise routine that included using the WII or PS3 fit programs because my daughter and I both have Scoliosis and exercise is painful. We are limited at what we can do. Stretching is good for us, so we do plenty of that, but we still need to get in some cardio, we just have to be very careful about it. we can RUN or JUMP or jolt our spine in way…

That’s where children’s Claritin comes in..  If you (or as in with US, our children and Myself included) are a season allergy sufferer… Claritin is an awesome product on the market..  That is why (see image) I am a Mom Crew Member for Children’s Claritin..

I live out in the country, surrounded by 77 acres of wooded area and I happen to be allergic to pollen (go figure right) and I am severely allergic to animals (dog and cat dander) it so happens that my Fiancé had 18 (now 15) Cat’s 3 indoor (now only 1 indoor) the rest out door.. And he had 2 dogs.. Once I and my children moved in, he obtained 2 more dogs and several cats passed away ( all of the cats except for 3 are over 20 yrs old)  They were all dumped on him by strangers driving by, and one lady was a hoarder and when the tornado hit 10 yrs ago, he offered to take them in temporarily and she never came back to get them..   ANYWAY…  He is an animal lover..  I, love him to death, and now have to have shots to survive this LOVE… But, you know.. It is what it is..  The cat’s and I keep our distance away from each other.. We co exist..

I stand by the product, Children’s Claritin And the Adult version as well. I don’t trust any other product.. As a matter of fact, I still buy the product and send it home with my kids to their fathers (ex hubby) because I don’t want him buying something else…

Well, at our meet up, Claritin sent me a box of wonderful goodies to share with my ladies group and here is what I passed around.. a 2013 Preparedness checklist.. a few items on the checklist. CPR, visit the American Heart association . Flu season, Medicine safety, natural disaster, allergy removal and more.  And they included these awesome GEL Masks that fit perfectly over your forehead and cover your entire forehead and just over your temples also.. NOT meant to go over your eyes..
