My all time fav sites on the web

Besides my own blog OF COURSE ! ! ! DUH…

These are some great places that Moms and non moms can go to meet up with each other and get social, meet other bloggers, or just other people in general. Great places in general. must see if you don’t already know about these places, go check them out.. Well.. What are you waiting for? Go on now.

SocialMoms.com is a unique network of more than 30,000 moms who are influential and highly active across all social media channels: Facebook, Google+, Twitter, blogs, mobile social networks, and more. We help our members grow their personal brands through networking, media, sponsorship opportunities, and connecting around a range of topics of interest to women across the country. It was founded in 2008 by Megan Calhoun, a mom of two who resides in northern California with her husband. She serves as the company’s chief executive officer. * This is the place I got my start. Way back when it’s name started out as “Twitter Moms”. Yeah, back in the day. lol. The forum was awesome, I remember it was when I blogged about everything I could back then, even wrote a post about something sponsored to enter a contest to win a Samsung Washer and Dryer set and I WON.. it was my first REAL awesome WIN.

Momlogic.com is part of the Warner Bros. Women’s Digital Network and is the premier destination for mothers online. Momlogic.com serves up honest, real and often humorous perspective, helping moms stay connected to each other and the world around them. In addition to posting topical, entertaining and relevant stories, the site features breaking news and how it affects the lives of mothers and their families in an ever-changing world. When I first started out, it was my favorite hangout to read up on the early news for mom’s of teens, my oldest son was an early teen back then (now a 20 yr old in the army – also very scary). Now my favorite category to hang out there is the Giveaways. lol.. I love free stuff.

MomBloggersClub.com The Mom Bloggers Club is the oldest and one of the largest social networks for mom bloggers in the world. Celebrating five years and boasting nearly 17,000 members, the Mom Bloggers Club is an active gathering spot where moms who blog converge to talk about the latest trends in blogging and support each other in their blogging endeavors. And This one is still one of my favorites as I rely on them to stay up to date on blogging issues and what brands are doing, the newest products out there and who’s who in the news.

SheBlogs.org SheBlogs.org is a Web service that connects women bloggers, including mom bloggers, product reviewers, fashionistas, techies and others, with the public relations and marketing professionals who issue the news and promote the products that women care about most. At BlogU is where you want to go to get yourself started, that’s where I was at when I first wanted to know what was what and how to do it in the blogging world. She blogs has it all figured out and sorted out at BlogU.

Read and comment on our blogs, share hot deals and offers, create a review or join our discussion boards. You’ll get helpful information, tips and expert advice on a range of topics, to keep you in the know. It’s free to join and if you participate regularly in our community you might just get something free delivered to your door. It’s My home away from Home. I work quite often with She Speaks on blog opportunities and programs for bloggers. Member Reviews are offered with free sample program and I love it. Ever Change I get I’m checking them out and jumping into the forum to see whats up in the latest groups and convo’s.

SheKnows.com (contests why else)

If there is anything at all you are looking for, She Knows has it, quite possibly the best compilation of articles and forums of knowledge, including conversations that you could possibly ever need or could ever come up, all in one simple to use webpage. She Knows is yet another Great site with forums to Meet & talk to other moms (and dads) about life and and everything that it entails.

What else does all these site’s offer me that I find intrigues me the most. New friends, New contacts and NEW ways to get free stuff / win prizes and waist my time having a blast meeting fabulous knowledgeable people.

Do you see a theme going on here?.. HA HA HA ! yeah.. Well, I have, since I was in the 20’s always seen myself as a MOM.. So, this explains why I seek out the “MOM” or “she” aspect in everything. Even once I become a GRAND’mom’ I will still seek the MOM aspect of it all. These are Fabulous sites and I think any mom new or mature, should check out these sites and spend some time getting to know the people that run them, and the people that frequent them.
