I received a sample of “Kind” all natural snack / health bars to try and let you know what I thought of them… With a vegetarian (former vegan) and a growing 11 yr old in the home, whom eat more than 3 times a day, you have to keep a lot of food in the house and that means you have to have a LOT of healthy food if you want to make sure they are eating right and you care about what they are eating. And I do..
…..I am a member of Tomoson.com and receive samples of products to write reviews of those products..Read full disclosure below
I received several samples as a matter of fact. Three “ Kind Plus “ Bars = Pomegranate, Blueberry Pistachio + Antioxidants, Three “ Kinds Nuts & Spices “ = Madagascar vanilla Almond, Only 4 g sugar, Two“ Kind Fruit & Nut “ = Almonds & Apricots in Yogurt it is great to know that all of them are 50% DV antioxidants, Vitamins A, C, and E, all natural / NON Gmo, Gluten Free, Low Glycemic, Good source of fiber, Very low sodium and Dairy free.
These tasty good snacks are easy to carry along with you where ever you go, on a hike, to a Dr. visit or pack in your child’s lunch so they have a great snack during their long day at school, or even in hobby’s lunch so he too has a boost during the day at his hard day at work too. Feel no guilt with this snack as it says above NON GMO, gluten free and a great source of fiber. No one needs to feel guilty even though they taste sinfully wrong.. They are Oh-So right ! ! ! Make it a challenge to yourself and your family to eat healthier everyday. You owe it to yourself and your family to eat better food. This is a great start and a great end.. Make a Kind choice to be Kind to your body.
