MY THOUGHTS: When I tried it, on my shoulder (back of my blade where I had injured it in a car wreck) and my lower back (arthritis) and my hips (also arthritis) and at the base of my neck where I get daily tension head aches.. It worked very well, I like it. I get a lot of pain in the area’s I mentioned, i get a lot of tension pain and stress pain. Every time I put the cream on the above mentioned places, within minutes the pain went away and stayed away for at least a few hours that I noticed. I typically would use it before bed time, because that is when my pain would bother me the most and it aided in allowing me to go right to sleep. I’ve enjoyed this product very much and plan to continue using it.  I was sent the 1.5oz sample size tube and I plan to buy more very soon. I am very impressed with it’s ability to sooth the muscles aches and pains and the joint pain I was having. I highly recommend it.

   Muscle aches can be remedied as fast as possible by taking in OTC pain killers like ibuprofen but be advised that they have some side effects too.,`”,.

   Getting frequent muscle aches is common if you are doing some bodybuilding stuffs. If the pain is just too much, i just take some OTC pain killer.:
