What are Foot Minders anyway?

Based on years of biomechanical research, Footminders orthotics were developed by podiatrists to provide longitudinal and metatarsal support and to correct posture and body biomechanics. MY THOUGHTS : The footminder work by restoring normal foot function and help you regain your body’s balance. This I know that I have lost because of the scoliosis over the last 20+ years. I received the Comfort style inserts to try. I could tell from the minute I put them in my shoes and started wearing them that something was going on. To be honest, for the first 3 days my back was so sore and trust me its OK.. I was expecting it. My whole body has been out of whack like I said because of the scoliosis and my old inserts were old and wore out and not doing their job. My alignment has been off for ages. slight of going to the chiropractor and getting an adjustment, these insoles have done wonders. FOR ME at least, it has put lift where I’ve needed it and support where it should have been all along. Put me back in balance… My feet have felt fabulous all along but my back has been sore, as I said. after a few days my back got re adjusted to the new “alignment’’ and is doing much better now. I can tell you now that it feels so much better to have better “inserts” in my shoes. all I can say is Thank you footminders.

There are two other styles you can choose from.. Casual are for relax style shoes like loafers, moccasins and relaxed living shoes… Slips on’s ect… Then there’s the Catwalk style for those High Heel shoes for dress up (which I will never be able to wear) and then the sporty types that wear tennis shoes or boots, hiking or work boots would wear this last type which I would get these also since I wear tennis shoes the majority of my time called the Comfort Style.
