About my coupon giveaways

I know some of my readers are wondering…
Why is it we see these exact same giveaways for these same coupons on other blogs, and they are giving away 3 or 4 coupons, but you are only giving away 1 or 2… Are you Keeping them for yourself or what? Is A Moms Rantings Cheating?
Why you ask? Why am I not giving away all 3..? Well I will explain.. It is because each time I receive these coupons I head over to my Local Wal-Mart store and stand in the Isle where the product is (for the coupon) I grab the product along with the coupon (‘s) and Randomly pick people that come up looking at “that particular” product… I Hand it to them and tell them that today they don’t have to pay for it.. I never tell them my name or who I am, I just tell them That I received the coupons for free from Post through the Purex Insiders program and Wanted to share….
This past Christmas I had gathered up a few of my personal products that I hadn’t used yet, and a few of the coupons from the Purex insiders campaigns and put together a gift basket and gave it away to a family that really looked like they needed some extra help. I just wanted my readers to know why, here on my site they only see me giving away 1 or 2 coupons, when others giveaway 3 or 4… Please do not think that I keep these for myself, I always give them away to someone, just not online… If you knew me in person you would know that I am a sharing caring person. I hate to see people go without and if there is someone doing without, I will help them, even if I am doing without too, I will always helps someone less off than myself.
Just wanted to clear that up.

That is very thoughtful. When I couponed more, I would give away my coupons if I saw someone in the check out aisle behind me that was buying something I had coupons for. It was fun! I am sure those people really appreciate it.

Me too.. I love helping others out, Just to do it.. Not for glory or anything.. It does give you a Karma boost i’m sure but it’s a great feeling to know that your helping someone out. I especially love taking my coupons out at the holidays and handing them out to families in need. Especially the “free” product coupons.
